Pass Plus is a voluntary scheme that offers benefits to drivers within two years of passing their test. The scheme is in place to help newly qualified drivers to obtain skills and confidence in a larger variety of situations and conditions, this includes motorway driving.
Drivers that complete each component of the Pass Plus scheme may be eligible to discounts from participating insurance companies.
The scheme consists of six modules, usually an hour lesson per module, with at least six hours of training needed to pass the course assessed by the instructor.
Town driving, all-weather driving, out of town driving and rural roads, night driving, dual carriage ways, and motorways.
